Veken Hybrid Scooters, first introduced into the Asian and European markets, are now available to the U.S. market. The demand for the Hybrid VK-M50 scooter has been more than overwhelming. The factory had increased capacity numerous times and until recently, has not been able to increase supply enough to meet demand. Most of the past production has gone to pollution-plagued cities in China and other parts of Asia, such as Taiwan and Thailand, where gas burning scooters are the predominant form of transportation. The Veken Hybrid VK-M50 Scooter combines electric + gas to achieve up to 220 mpg. The 36v lithium battery charges automatically while riding or alternately can be plugged in conveniently in any 110v outlet. The alternate plug-in charging means one could ride FULL TIME on battery power alone and only use the gas engine for backup purposes.
